Peanut huller is an agricultural processing equipment that mechanically removes the outer shell of peanuts and maintains the integrity of the seeds, mainly used in the field of peanut initial processing. Peanut Requirements
Peanuts are suitable for both dry and wet conditions, but if they are too dry, the breakage rate will be high; Excessive humidity can affect work efficiency. Peanuts (skin fruits) stored in rural areas are generally relatively dry. To make them suitable for dryness and wetness, the following methods can be used.
1) Shed in winter. Before peeling, spray about 10kg of warm water evenly on 50kg of fruit skin, cover it with plastic film for about 10 hours, and then cool it in the sun for about 1 hour to start peeling. In other seasons, cover it with plastic film for about 6 hours, and the rest is the same.
2) Dry peanuts (skin) can be soaked in a large pool of water, immediately removed and covered with plastic film for about 1 day, then cooled in sunlight until the dryness and wetness are suitable before starting to shell.
