Silage Pick-up Baler Machine

The work flow of pick-up baler is mainly divided into four core links: pick-up, transportation, compression and bundling.

Step 1 Pick up
The pickup, driven by the power output shaft of tractor, picks up the straw or grass laid on the ground by rotating the elastic teeth and lifts it to the conveying and feeding platform. The height of the pickup can be adjusted to adapt to different working conditions.

Step 2 Conveying and feeding

Conveying and feeding
The picked-up materials are transported to the feeding mechanism, collected horizontally by screw conveyor or fork, and fed evenly and reliably into the baling chamber. This process ensures that materials enter the compression area continuously and stably.

Step 3 Compress
The piston reciprocates under the drive of crank-connecting rod mechanism, which compresses the materials in the baling chamber and greatly improves its density. The density of bales can be adjusted by the controller to adapt to different materials and humidity.

Step 4 Bind
When the compressed material reaches the standard volume, the bundling mechanism automatically bundles it into neat and regular bales with bundling ropes. After the bundling is completed, the bales are discharged from the exit of the baling chamber, thus completing the whole operation process.
