Why is Silage Chopper Grain Grinder Machine So Popular?

Silage Chopper Grain Grinder Machine is an all-in-one machine with cutting belt, which can crush corn stalks, rice straws, wheat stalks, sweet potato stalks, peanut soil, reed grass, sorghum stalks and other crop stalks into final shapes at one time; The size of the finished material of this grass-cutting mill is controlled according to the size of the screen holes inside, and the screen can be changed to adjust, which is simple, convenient and easy to use. It is an excellent machine and an essential choice for rural farmers.

A:Machine Structure:
The structure of Silage Chopper Grain Grinder is different from that of other hammer-type straw cutters, which is mainly composed of feed roller structure, cutting structure, gear shifting structure, rotating shaft, crushing device, induced draft fan device, etc. The smallest model can be driven by single phase electricity, and there are wheels below, which is very convenient for mobile production.

B: Operating Principle:
This equipment seems complicated, but it is actually very simple, which is equivalent to a mixed use of a silage machine and a hammer crusher, with two feeding ports; Materials such as corn stalks and reed grass enter from the silage opening, and the silage is cut off first, and then the materials enter the crushing cavity from the crushing opening for secondary crushing, and the finished materials that meet the requirements will leak out from the sieve holes and be extracted by an induced draft fan to complete the silage crushing of the materials; Small materials (such as peanut shells, corn cob, bean stalks, etc.) will directly enter the crushing cavity from the crushing port, and then the materials will be crushed, and the materials will be extracted by the induced draft fan to complete the crushing. This kind of machine is equivalent to a silage hay cutter and a hammer mill, one for use, and the price is also cheap!

C: Precautions:

  1. This machine has three gears. When it is in normal use, push the handle to the “ON” position. When the feed is blocked, push the handle to the “STOP” position immediately, wait for a moment and then push it to the “BACK” position. After the material exits, reduce the feed quantity and start working again. When it stops working, turn the handle to the “STOP” position. When pushing the handle, it should be in place at one time.
  2. At work, it si forbidden to stand on the feeding table carefully and reach out to the upper and lower feeding rollers and the pressure rollers. It is forbidden to push materials into the feeding rollers with wooden sticks and metal sticks to ensure personal safety. No one is allowed to stand in front of the discharge port to prevent accidents.
  3. During operation, if the feed inlet is blocked, push the handle to the “STOP” position immediately, pause for a few seconds and then push it to the “BACK” position. If the problem cannot be solved, stop the machine for inspection;
  4. If you hear abnormal should immediately stop the machine for inspection, it is forbidden to troubleshoot or open the protective cover when the machine is running;
  5. The operator shall not be far away from the machine. If operator is away from machine, the power supply must be cut off to prevent children from approaching;

D:Operation:

  1. When feeding, remove hard objects such as sticks, irons and stones entrained in the materials;
  2. Install and debug gears according to the length of materials you need;
  3. Turn on the power source, make the machine idle for a few minutes, and then feed evenly if there is no abnormality; Too much will easily lead to overload and stop running, and too little will affect efficiency;
  4. Stop working, should stop feeding, and then let the machine idling for two minutes, blow clean dust, weeds, and then shut down.

Maintenance:

  1. Before use, first check whether the links of all parts are reliable and whether the rotating parts collide;
  2. Regularly check whether the bolts and nuts are firm, and tighten them immediately if they are loose;
  3. Always pay attention to lubrication where all parts of the machine need lubrication. The lubricating oil in the gear box should be changed once every season, and the main bearing should be cleaned and filled with lithium-based grease every year.
  4. When filling lubricating oil, be sure to remove the dust and sundries inside;
  5. The moving and fixed knives should be kept sharp, and they should be replaced or sharpened in time after being blunt. When sharpening, the moving knife should grind the inclined plane and the fixed knife should grind it;
  6. Check all parts for wear and deformation, and replace them in time if problems are found;
  7. At the end of the homework, let the host idle for a period of time, blow the dust and weeds in the machine, and then cut off the power supply.
